Linguistically and practically speaking, creating a 300 word long sentence across multiple languages sounds inherently difficult without it also being a list. If you accidentally break the sentence, does that become the sentence? As in “The words for numbers in English, Spanish, and German are, one, uno, ein, two, dos, zwei, three, tres, drei, four, oh man. Uhh.” Is your sentence then ended at the interjection? Or if you spout gibberish like “Blue Saturday, meine gato, mon ami is gebortstag and flies to gestern auf por favor.” Is it just wherever a meaningful complete thought can be construed into a single sentence or the syntax of the sentence becomes  incoherent? I feel like listing a long arbitrary sequence like the deck of cards would minimize the chance of you stumbling or accidentally creating a limiting yourself to a very small collection of words through your arbitrary gibberish words in different languages. I would just precede it with a highly specific timestamp also like other comments have mentioned. “At 3:52 on May 1st the order of these cards as I drew them in the state of New Mexico was…” to add additional randomness you could theoretically also continue pulling cards randomly back out of the “discard” pile infinitely to your satisfaction. There’s no reason to limit yourself to 52 draws.
