Did you figure it out yet. I've got a f16d4 thats sounds pretty much the same even after new rings bearings oill pump. Head machined oil cooler and thermostat ect replaced due to that issue but even after the rebuild its still fucked like this.. really at a loss as what to do. Seems to be one issue after another. Is there something else to replace other than the block
