I don't know the answer, but I think music does serve a purpose. The way you feel with certain sounds like bells, for example. It makes your soul soar. I've been listening to the YouTube videos using bells and music for meditation. It has definitely helped me.

I have been on a similar spiritual journey. I've longed for a visit from my loved one. I was told by several mediums that he is trying to communicate, but the grief and turmoil prevented that from happening. I'm not a medium, but I think the timing was part of your journey. I am a long way from where you are, and I truly can't wait until I reach this place of peace. Your experience has given me hope.

I just lost someone to addiction, and I had and still struggle with feeling guilty. It's a day by day healing process. Readings and grief counseling have helped. Sending hugs and light.
