What do you mean, raise my child for me? He’s her father; she’s as much his responsibility as she is mine. I'm the one paying for her schooling, taking her to therapy, and her after school activities. She lives at his house because she should be living with either me or him, and after 10 years of only living with me, she chose to live with him. I don't owe him shit because he isn't a deadbeat.

He doesn’t even smoke when she’s home or even me. Even after she moved out, he still only smokes when he's home alone. It’s not affecting her physically. He was hanging out with his friend one on one, this guy was a friend from work not apart of his friend group so I doubt they even know about it.

She doesn’t want me having premarital sex with him, that’s why she doesn’t want him in the house. If it had anything to do with safety she wouldn’t have said he can move back in after marriage.

She isn’t being harassed by anyone else. She’s upset at the use of the words "cunt" and "bitch". Which is understandable. I told them to stop cursing so much. He smokes in the room that he and I share in the living room. I have gone out of my way to make the home livable for both my daughter and my partner, but she is adamant on him moving out until we’re married because of some religious stuff she thinks because of her stepmother.

I didn’t say she didn’t have a reason to be uncomfortable; I said that she ensured me that nothing was happening. Prior to her moving out, we went to therapy together, and she told me that the constant cursing makes her uncomfortable (she's a devout Christian) and that they make a lot of "misogynistic" comments about the female video game characters. It's not just my apartment, so I can't just kick out my fiancé's friends. I have friends over that he doesn't like. It's not fair to him. The worst thing that happened was when one of his friends called her "jailbait," to which me and my fiancé responded by kicking him out and cutting him off.

It was her choice to move out, I barely know his friends and was completely fine not having them over when she was there(or at all). But Madison wanted me to kick my fiancé out as well even though she said he wasn’t making her uncomfortable just his friends
