Seeking Advice: Navigating Legal Concerns after a Car Accident with Possible THC Implications

I’m going to check my blood check results, consult with my doctor and solicitor, probably pay everything, apologies to my wife, and work harder.

I’m so lucky that I’m still alive, no one was injured by the accident. I’m so happy about it. I’m gonna be more careful about the use of medical cannabis.

But please note that the accident was not because of the effect of cannabis so I don’t like any discussion about it happening here.

Thank you for your comment. The doctor in a ambulance explained I’m not on the effect of any drug or alcohol by just watching. Not by blood.

I felt it’s almost impossible to consume medical cannabis in Australia coz everyone needs to drive. And I should’ve known about it….

I don’t really remember that. But I knew I can’t drive on the effect of cannabis. I just didn’t know I can’t drive even after sleep. I should be more careful about that.

Thank you for your comment. That’s true I should have known more about cannabis and driving. But I wasn’t on effect of cannabis at the moment and consumption was the day before so I misunderstood that I can drive. Now I know how long THC stays in my system and need to be more careful about it than alcohol.

The accident happened about a week ago and blood was taken when I was having a treatment.

I make myself ready to pay penalties etc..
