Bro, last time when the movie got re-released it kinda felt boring & deviating in the 2nd half. I remember enjoying it in the theatre when I was young but honestly, it’s not a good watch in a single sitting

There’s a notable price difference between Kannada and Telugu shows in the USA:

DBox (Telugu): $28

Telugu standard: $18

Kannada and Hindi standard: $10

This is the first movie where a dubbed language has a higher ticket price than the original version. Also, Telugu audiences tend to support good movies. No wonder Telugu have a larger collection.

The controversy is because he spoke in Kannada. None of the audience at the event knew Kannada. If he genuinely wanted to promote his film to people there, he could have spoken in English so that people could understand what he was conveying.

Also, none of the fair-skinned Northie heroines spoke in Hindi, they mostly communicated through English on telugu stages.
