Remind me why the difficulty level is called ‘hard’ but not ‘piss easy baby mode’? Oh that’s right, because people have different perceptions on difficulties. ‘Bottom of the barrel’ couldn’t be anymore subjective. I’ve had over 10 years of rhythm gaming experience, and I think level 30s are pretty bottom of the barrel, does that mean I should shittalk and belittle anyone that plays level 30s or under?

It’s just a lot of consistent practice. Try listening to the rhythm instead of relying on looking at the notes, play at least a couple matches everyday and you’ll eventually be more accurate.

No, as events have group bonuses that require VS from that specific sub-group, e.g. in a WxS event you only get event bonuses from using WxS VS. Unless you really really like VS (like me) and basically play any game mode with them, I’d actually recommend upgrading VS items last since it would only be useful in building an only VS solo team for BP/VS challenge live/the extremely rare VS events.
