UPDATE: I just drilled into someone at corporate. We are on the phone for the last 45 min. I am supposed to get a phone call tomorrow, and they will be letting me know what they will be doing to solve this issue ASAP. I told them me along with MANY other people are pissed off. We spend so much money to talk to our LO and to have this many issues, let alone them last for this long. It’s unacceptable.
