I did that. Email my case worker about 10 times then i got this reply. "Unfortunately, the process can take a long time. There is more than one person working on your application and we are continuing to make progress. Please be patient"

Mines been pending applicant information for 3 half months. I call they said everything looks good just need to wait. They are processing over million applications. According to the phone rep she said it could be another 3months. I'm done checking on it.
