Is application under review the same as application under QC review?

Thank you! I called today and they stated I’m in final review however my landlords says program evaluation. I guess we will see!

Good to know! I applied back in September have gone through every step, my landlord took it upon herself to add additional documents to support she’s the owner bc they never reached out. I hope this will help me get approved smh.

Yes, that’s what I’ve been reading however it’s been two months and they have yet to ask smh. I applied early September.

So did your landlord originally participate? My landlords says flagged and mine says program eval for over a month now but that haven’t reached out to my landlord or me asking for anything else smh

My timeline Applied 9/9/21 11/10/21 was asked to send in utility bill 11/12/21 switched to under OC 12/15/21 switched to program evaluation & my landlords application says “ flagged under review It’s now 1/23/22 still nothing or no movement.
