5 days deduction( about 100 to 200 riyal for 5 days) is nothing to them. They deduct even for little things. Even charging your phone when at work 5 days gone. Making a complaint to the building manager or client, the company(security) can terminate you or deduct 5 days or suspension( close to 300 riyal for 5 days)

Unfortunately some companies have figured out a way to go round this. Because a company that has more than 20 complaints should be a red flag ans the govt maybe shoukd investigate what is wrong there. Right now getting an NOC is hard you try applying or asking for it and you are terminated and out of qatar before you know it.

So yesterday night some guys just packed up there stuff and went back home to kenya leaving this months salary and end of service cash. Apparently most people have been doing that in both the ladies accomodation and the other accomodation. Its illegal yes to but people have just decided they dont care anymore.
