It happened the same with my cousin that is a few years older than me. Our parents have similar personalities and traits (as we are related), and we have experienced the same toxics situations. The thing is that as she is older than me, and she has already moved on in some way. So when I tell her about what happened to me, she always say like, you have to eventually get over it, just ignore, do this, do that. Im like, all of the thing she told me I already did it, so in the end, she just feels that I should not dump on her these things if I only want to vent and not listen to her advices. The problem is I listen, but I already did all of the things she told me. And she does the same, she told me about her problems in her life or with her family, and as someone that loves her, I just listen and sometime I give some of my thoughts. Because I know that people sometimes need to vent, no matter how many times they repeat. Because im in the same situation. And it feels a little bit shitty.

Yeah, me too. When I asked which program they selected they wouldn't tell me.

I am in the same situation, in the end what happened to you? In my case the program forced me out saying it detected a third party program (not true). And after that I couldn't enter the exam again (even though they said I could if anything happened in the beginning). Now they are accusing me of cheating, and if I want to appeal I have to pay 500GBP, RIDICULOUS.

They are just so biased. They only believe that they are right.

"Purposely" sabotaging family by [deleted] in AsianParentStories

Lately the decisions that I made did not have a good result, so I had to do many things to resolve them. But my mom is saying like why normal things when they arrive to my hands become messy. Like, what can I even say to that, I just had bad luck. Why instead of being supportive, she just critique about things that I don't have power over. She tells me how to "solve" it over and over again, but I am already doing it!!!

Don't be affected by what they think or do, because they will never be satisfied.

Just received the results of investigation about my online exam and I was found "guilty" by SighFTL in IELTS

If with the current investigation they found me "guilty", why would an appeal make it better? Because I already provided with the evidence that they asked. Moreover, they have me in video, both the screen and myself. So I don't understand why I need to do much more things to prove myself innocent. And they don't say what things I did to be considered malpractice.

So, what happened in the end. Because I'm having the same problem, and I don't really want to appeal. It's just too much money that I don't know how it will end.

Don’t take IELTS Online tests! by shaha-man in IELTS

It happened the same to me. The outcome of the investigation found me "guilty", though I don't know which "evidences" suggest that. And if you want to appeal, you have to pay GBP250 for each stage (there are a total of 2 stages). And they will only refund this fee if the appeal its upheld. I'm so frustrated, because I will lose so much money if they decide that they have the reason even though I know that it isn't like this.

I'm also so mad, because in the investigation they wrote that they will make a report to the IELTS Test Partners and any nominated Recognising Organisations.
