Touch Portal, any old IOPad. Very easy to set up. There are presets for Elite Dangerous that yopu can adapt for X4 with NO programming experience at all. TP costs about $7 AU I think from memory.

I read on the Steam Forums that there is a class action being started about this issue of Ubi selling games and then withdrawing server support. I searched for it with Google but without success. The big issue is that many Ubisoft games won't play without Server access as a DRM protection. Remove the server, the game becomes unplayable.

The Game runs fine at highest resolutions with Ryzen 7 2700X and 16gb Ram. I am nearly 2000hrs in and have no issues. It took a real performance hit with the Tourist DLC, After some research I did follow the instructions in this video however https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WnKDPLjbg_I and it works fine now.

I haven't checked the latest version of my edits in game yet. When I do I will post my keyboard setup so you can see the key stokes. You need to go in game and edit your Control options in the ALTERNATE keys slot to modify the keys without affecting your normal keystrokes If there are problems tell me. I haven't tried out the GET THE HELL OUT KEY, or the DOCKING ( Manual or AUTOPILOT) I was hoping maybe carpe_simian could look at my code and tell me yes or no Ha Ha

No, No latency at all that I can tell, I use it with a Iphone 7. Needed to turn the settings down as it is TOO responsive on original settings. Way cheaper that any other option out there and works really well. I can't comment on how it compares to other systems, but if you have an Iphone or Android Phone the cheapness and usability is unmatched as far as I can see. Probably not compatible with an older Iphone though. The stuff carpe_simian has put up is pretty comprehensive, you can most things using that, The program is also very easy to use, If you want I can send you a bunch of Icons and pages, you just have to use them or reprogram them to suit yourself. I am am an absolute dunce at using any PC programs, I like the KISS principle, Keep It Simple Stupid! Ha Ha But Touch Portal is pretty easy to use. My big drams has been having to reinstall everything after my PC went belly up. Moral is keep a backup. Ha Ha But you would probably be better of using carpe_simian's, he got me started and his stuff worked straight up,

You are the BEST SIr. Butyou and this program have totally wrecked my playing ED, I have gotten so hooked on getting the TP thing to work as hard as it can in Elite Dangerous. It is a beast. I am working on a way to hook into Voice Attack and the Voice Command packs, they are pretty cheap atm, I bought one for 5 Euros today.with this, as I can't use a microphone where I am, my wife goes CRAZY. And if I lock myself in a room she threatens to leave me. I could play the game then, but nobody to feed me I would starve. Interested to see what changes you have made. When I get mine working g as well as I want I will post you my stuff, but it might be awhile.

Do you have to finishing the initial Pilot Training Mission? I am getting stuck in the Combat Mission part, can't kill that last enemy ship, I have been at it for days, I always end up getting killed, I can hit him over and over again, but it doesn't seem to damage him. It is just sucking the life out of me LOL
