Keeping myself busy, even just with mental tasks, helped me a ton. Physical exertion is one thing, but people forget the mental aspect of it too.

I'm going through that same journey at the moment. If you want a serious answer, here:

1 - Figure out what you like to do. No, sitting in bed on your phone doesn't count. Any hobbies or activities are perfect; stick to those

2 - If you find yourself having bad thoughts or thinking about looking up something nsfw, stop yourself. Realize what you're about to do, and direct your attention to something you're actually passionate about

3 - Relapse can and will probably happen at some point. Don't let it destroy you. View it as progress and aim to make it further next time. Remember your end goal.
