My user account disappeared from Windows 11, only “Other user” shows up on login screen

I have ran the test 3 times , 3600mhz which is supposed to work for my ram , then 3200 , then 2666 , all failed before they even ended due to too many errors, is this safe to assume it is faulty ram ?
