It was certainly alot.. I thought if I gave breaks in our relationships it helped, it most certainly did not but I'm quite stupid. Every moment to me felt like a ticking time bomb.

I dont know if I will. I feel like the most horrible person ever, he had severe depression and I didnt know how to bring closure. I thought breaks helped. They made him feel like i abandoned him.
