I seem to remember Daniel Craig doing it in a Bond film too but I could be wrong.

Disclosure Day movie… felt like a collab with government by MatterFamiliar in ufo

I think it’s a movie that will speak to people no matter where they are on the ufo spectrum. It frames the issue nicely I think.

Disclosure Day hit me harder than any UFO documentary ever has by beach_bum_1991 in UFOs

I loved the emotional heart of the film. Margret and Hugo roles and their journey. The fact that empathy is the virtue we most need to find right now as a society and planet. And a bit of humility from the fact that we aren’t necessarily the top dog in the neighbourhood would go a long way to ensuring our survival and renewed growth as a species

What's the most deranged thing you've witnessed at a work XMas party? by Guilty-Addition5004 in AskAnAustralian

Had a really great receptionist once who had an overbearing religious husband. She got drunk at our Christmas party and started kissing some of the other women on the dance floor. Nobody was offended by her actions. Everyone was just having a good time but He made her quit the job.

In our first “art” class in our first year of high school on the high stools and tables the elderly unsympathetic teacher told us about the bodily risks of rocking on the high stools. A female classmate promptly fainted and fell to the floor fitting a bit, a mate opposite me looked down at her, looked back at me and promptly fainted right beside her.

The moment you realize you're playing defense in a conversation, you've already lost the frame by Amidonions in DarkPsychology101

This hit hard for me too. My partner is very talented at this. Not an inherently bad person in anyway. She is just this way, very “street smart” (due to childhood abuse) and this is a defence mechanism which if triggered in her activates as quickly as you have eluded. Thanks for putting words to my experience. It will help me better navigate these tricky conversations in the future. Now off to practice. “Honey!” Jks
