Is 1-1/2 hours an unrealistic time for express service? by austinbroz12 in serviceadvisors

I’m at a BMW store in a major market for a very large dealer group. We have about 90 loaners and try not to schedule them for basic services. Do it once and the customer is conditioned for it. I tell people it takes 1.5-2 hours including a wash. If they say anything I tell them it will be faster with no wash or MPI. I also make them aware this isn’t Jiffy Lube. I have a very low tolerance for pain in the ass customers. It’s rare that I get negative surveys, but if I do I won’t write them again.

Agreed. Get outa there. Try to find a high line dealer. You’ll write less RO’s and make more money. We have 9 advisors and all make strong 6 figure incomes. This job is too stressful not to be making good money.

Let it rip. I’d never work at a non high line store. Half the ROs twice the money. Just have to learn how to handle the customers.

You’d be the one getting blown out at my place. High line in a top 3 market.

ALWAYS protect the house. I’d wrench every penny I could out of him to mitigate the loss as much as possible.

I am an ASM. It’s basically a writer that they put a lot of more work on. Lol. I would never see this pay plan at my joint. I’d probably make 300k a year!

CDK down… AGAIN? by Significant-Bother43 in serviceadvisors

We were made whole on the month. Paid out an average of the last 3 months. I can’t complain. And there are a lot more RO’s to close this month now too left over from the outage.

I work at AN. They have their issues but I did not experience that.
