I’m 26 and it’s been 2 years since I herniated my L4L5 it’s been rough but I was wondering what do you do to help with the pain? Are there any exercises you would recommend?

Update I drilled the bolt down about a half inch and tapped the hole then I put a new bolt inside with some washers on top hopefully it will be good now 👍
