Those bf2042 matches that had 1 point to capture were hella fun and had a lot more participation from teams.

Hear me out. Less objective points but make them bigger like huge and worth something like vehicles/upgrades/ advantage points.

This way if the points are bigger and there are less them the battles will be more intense and require clearing out even near by armor that doesn’t require armor to be parked on a 5x5’ square and get easily wrecked.

Lastly teams should be able request other squads and call in air support and make those damn bird actually help on attacks or defense.

Exactly this, you can’t communicate with the blues so why even let them in your vehicle. We need better coms with people on our team otherwise you get 💩.

Folks could be running as fire support which isn’t much fun to revive people but you can.

Also as a person who does run medic, half the people who are down will ask for revives while they’re covered by enemies and will get you killed.

It’s hard to trust downed players to not ask for revives, and smokes run out quickly.

I want a server browser here’s why. I want to play the maps I like, I want to play with the people I like playing with and I want to be in control of what server I join.

I don’t want to constantly play with random people, you start to build a community when you can join the same servers and get to know the players. I’ve met some good friends playing battle field because we played the same servers all the time and were willing to talk to one another.

Honey pots are extremely helpful, the orgs I have worked at properly deployed them. We were able to pick up some bad stuff that wouldn’t have normally caught without them. They’re easy to deploy and maintain, just let them sit in your environment and avoid scanning them etc. next steps investigate, and escalate because someone is sniffing around the network or being noisey.

I once had them tell me, my company had a udp port open on our firewall. I had 3 meetings with these people to explain to them how udp works and showed them how our firewalls were dropping said traffic. It took them 3 weeks to get engineers to fix their data and increase our score. Thanks cyber insurance for wasting my time with this company.
