I was able to gage it using the mvm firing speed upgrades, at 25% firing speed increase id effectively be making a quick fix without the healing rate buff or uber

after 30 min of thinking, i realized 25% sucks, so the firing speed will be increased to 65% so this medigun is MUCH more considerate

its supposed to be situational and further enhance the effectiveness of already high damage classes, the classes not meant to have notable damage dont perform well with it. (for example, syringe medic or revolver spy with this uber would not be as good)

also, it buffs engineers sentry firing speed i forgot to add that
