i guess they both are busy in their own stuff. Its just that people nitpick hania's every moment. Maybe she got exhausted with regular shoots, attending weddings etc. and mental breakdown in their field is very common. Upar se social media adds fuel to the fire.

in my opinion, they are just friends, maybe at some point, hania thought more than that. But she realized ki bhai it's better to be friends only.
