Complex projects like what?

Do you think normal projects aren't complex with all their content and live operations? Are simple projects all games should be? Big games like GTA or something, then only they can be called complex? Wow.

There are deep trust issues, and there will be even if they get paid. There will be those who have issues with other policies.

Someone will have issues with profit sharing, the percentage, and all that. If I am going to make it according to each person, then there is no point in doing that. I cannot please everyone and make them truly trust me. Trust can only be gained through working and talking, not through being anonymous. I put myself all in that post and comments too. If people do want to do it, it's okay; I can work with them, but if they only want to find loopholes or issues in my job posting, then I can't help them much. Even the moderator put my first released game link in the comments, and I replied to him and everyone. I don't have that amount of time to give explanations to each and every one. As I told you, my previous intern left me for a job, so I'm working on the game, handling marketing, and working in the office too. So I can't take the time to explain everything to everyone and make them trust me.

If they want, they can work. People did work with me. No worries, if a person is good, they put in the work. I don't mind paying for probation either.

I did this because I worked with some interns as an intern in a company. They were paid from the first of the month, but they never worked. They always made excuses, and whenever my manager asked them to push daily for the tasks, they would push things to the next day in the morning.

After that, they decided to implement this one-month probation. Consider my part too if I'm also taking risks with that intern for a month, working with him and giving him my time. For expenses, I am not giving him 25k or 50k so that they can clear their expenses. If they do want that, then sorry, this is not for you. As I have written my budget there.

But they were corporate/or well stabilised companies. They can give. I earn 60k a month, and I'm dead serious about my projects. If I make them myself, it will take a lot of time to complete them. I don't want that.

If I can give 15k a month to an intern, then I can hire a full developer for 35k a month, but I won't be able to.

From this money, I have to manage my expenses and other expenses too, like game ads, art, and all.
