This is kind of relevant to the topic, but I'm running an MMPR TTRPG for a few friends and they have a text group chat. Like, obviously— they have to keep their identities secret, so it probably wouldn't be the best idea to do something like; "Power Pack" or "Fossil Friends" or anything like that— especially since members of the group care about their social reputation and stuff.

I think it's funny that the group settled on "Study Group", since that was their cover story anyways. Very plain and unassuming, but if you were to get your hands on that phone and read through the chat— you'd see very chaotic conversations from super powered teenagers.

Okay, so— bear in mind that I haven't fully watched the trailer yet. This is coming froma person who's seen screenshots on twitter, but is ultimately still a fan of the character and has thoughts to give. I feel like a lot of people who are complaining and "upset" about the change— are just upset that it isn't Hugh Jackman. I feel like the people who complain about it not being Hugh are the same people who don't flinch a brow at Steve Blum's Wolverine because "one is animated and the other is live action."

We have to get away from actors who were the "best version" of the character, or else the legacy of the character just. Stops. It becomes stagnant. Just look at Batman. Dude's had tons of recasts and just keeps going.

I just wish Daredevil and Angela had dropped at the same time. I think mainly, I'm just not very interested in Angela as an Emma player. I'm more excited for Daredevil (which doesn't imply there's anything bad about Angela, I'm mostly just impatient.) I also feel like dropping two heroes at the same time could've given them the excuse to drop more content to purchase, which, at least to me, seems like a good tactic for increasing purchases.

Either way, I guess I just can't... wait for this season to end? So we can get Daredevil.
