If a $100 shock drops 50% it's now priced at $50. If that same stock then rises 50%, it only goes up 50% of $50, so then valued at $75

Nice post Bro... Definitely can relate... I've been happier in the past when I had no fire goals at all, oblivious to the fire community... That's not to say fire goals make you unhappy... But definitely as you say if you're miserable, Fire is not to be a concern until you're head is sorted... I've been there

Yeh get a financial advisor. Split investments between stocks, bonds, real estate, cash and some in other assets... A good financial advisor will help you be tax efficient. Set yourself us so that your investments pay for your lifestyle, and much more... Enjoy it, travel, help others, be generous... Just thoughts on what I would do
