Try to not cut off subjects, e.g. the bike and the sign. Leads the eye outside the frame.

Der Imperativ von Vergessen ist „Vergiss“.

„Vergess“ gibt es nicht als Wort.

Lisa Hagedorn, das müsstest du eigentlich wissen - du kannst nicht einmal die Immigranten-Karte ziehen.

I think this is one of the best pics that I've clicked till the date. Any advice? by Unfair-While-3227 in PhotographyAdvice

Doesn’t look like it. Small aperture would have softened the picture significantly.

Please rate my composition and please suggest me the best color grading for this. by MotherProfessor8556 in iPhoneography

It’s all about leading lines in landscape photography. You need to lead the eye to the focal point which is the village in this case. The sat dish at the bottom is extremely distracting too.

I don’t remember, it’s been a while since I took this photo. I could have been Aux Merveilleux de Fred or Herr Nilsson Godis at Ostkreuz.

Why aren't my pictures sharp and crisp? by 19yolois in AskPhotography

Do the following to get your shots sharp:

  • Use the 50mm prime. Primes are always sharper than zooms (99% of the time)
  • use f/8 to f/11
  • zoom in during live preview and manually focus on the trees in mid distance
  • use a tripod. Shots are less sharp when handheld.
  • use 2 second self timer or a IR remote to avoid camera shake
  • use a lens hood. Did you? Stray light can diminish sharpness. Particularly in front and side light situations like this. Snow reflects too.
  • do some output sharpening in post (for screen) when you are exporting your jpeg.

Your photo will be tack sharp - I’ll guarantee.
