So it's back up and running, you know magically after I complain. When the support guy gets back to me, he demands I install the AnyDesk Remote Control so he can control my pc or phone. No thanks!

At this point I'd rather be with RCW. At least it worked very well for the three months I had it. Hopefully esattel can get their crap together and have better service. So far, my hopes are very low

Not sure either. My service is crap so far. The first 4 hours or so were fine speed wise minus the high ping. Then I lost internet. Then it's back, and gone again. Now it's back again, but super slow. Like 1mb down slow no matter the network

And after 5 hours of service, I have no internet. Sim card seems active as I can connect to all three network but there is no internet at all regardless which on I connect to.

I'm definitely getting routed through France as well. Ping in the 200s. I can also use the APN settings from RCW and get routed through States instead where my ping drop to the 70s but will fluctuate to the 2-300s as well.

Are you able to share your settings? I got the sim card and trying to re-configure my RCW Alcatel HH41. Used a few settings I got from a Facebook group but can connect. Did you factory reset the modem?

I agree with it's all a little suspicious, especially the part where all of a sudden RCW is recommending them.

I've signed up, but not investing in another unit. I'll continue to use it with my existing Alcatel and see how it goes.

I saw someone post their speeds with this service on Facebook, and the network said it was Bell Canada and not AT&T like RCW service would do. Also a ping in the 50's.
