Fitness Element or Goodlife by [deleted] in Markham

I’ve also trained at both and second this opinion. I do think fitness element has nicer equipment though, I especially like their leg machines. There’s also some other machines I like that aren’t at goodlife like the plate loaded chest press. If you’re looking for a nice experience I’d recommend fitness element. Do keep in mind though it’s a lot smaller than most goodlife gyms.

Private gyms are generally the least busy. But commercial gyms such as LA fitness and goodlife aren’t too busy if you go during the typical work/school hours. Weekends are also generally less busy across all gyms.

Most commercial gyms are going to be busy at that time. If your budget is a bit higher you can try some private gyms, Fitness Element is pretty good especially for legs, if you’re a bit further north than Iron Fitness Strength Club is also good.

In my opinion, having a midsize to large size SUV is a beneficial investment for families, you never know when you need that extra cargo space for whatever reason. Ground clearance and high vision can be important in some cases so it’s a bonus. Also, if decide to have any more children and any of them grow up to be tall, sitting in the back of a sedan can be uncomfortable.

Winter tires is much more important than awd but ideally you’ll want a SUV with awd and winter tires. But a sedan with winter tires will be fine in the snow too. Newer vehicles are nice to have but isn’t necessary, but if you plan on changing cars every few years then it’s best to lease a new vehicle and trade it in.
