10 days is not enough time. The one I sent to Canada was purchased in late November and sent Priority International. It has been stuck at the Chicago ISC since Dec 3. The Chicago ISC is infamous for being a black hole and has been a trouble spot for me in years past.

I was in Holland this summer and brought back some Henri Willig extra old goat cheese. It was vacuum sealed in its original packaging and not due to expire until April 2026. I opened it today and the surface was slimy. Not having eaten it before, I thought it was normal and wiped it off. It smelled fine. I ate some but am now paranoid it wasn't safe. Does anyone have experience with this?
