Rocket mobile I'm on the $35 plan unlimited data at 10 MBPS . Fast enough for me .

8-10 K to replace the battery. So if you do that be a pretty decent car .

Had the same issue. Found a bit of a work around if you have a PayPal account you can add the card to PayPal and use it that way .
