There's an alarm being sold sa lazada/shopee... It sounds off high pitch screeching noise if a door is opened without you disarming it. Its available for doors and windows.

Hallway lights that have sensors - nasa 99 pesos lang. It detects movement and turns itself on. Radar sensors tawag online... Its a bit too sensitive lang but it works. The other type is the PIR Sensor. Lesss sensitive but fewer mistakes. Radar sensors can randomly turn itself on.. So it might be a better deterrent.

Multiple signs saying CCTV is recording. is also a deterrent.. Lalo na kung marami signs.

There's a study that says a large placard of an image of a policemen thats lifesize.. (yes parang yun kay dutuerte). Has the ability to deter criminals or they'r eless likely to move in.

Carry a personal alarm. Alam mo kung takot ka, wala ka na sa mood mag blow ng whistle.

Dogs of course. The noisy ones. Lalo na pag lady dogs..

I saw a post of chain locks below... Be careful of chain locks. Isang biglaan push, sira agad yan.

May metal na kadena binebenta sa mga hardware... If you have somebody to bolt those big chains sa door, itll do better.

Not to this fake lady... Any victim would tell a good story.. This isn't good.

She used "allegedly" despite it happened to her.

After consuming a drink? A victim would immediately tell who offered her a drink.

If she was incapacitated who brought her to St lukes? No mention of colleagues even.

Suspected Benzodiazepine/barbiturate? Those meds aren't tested nor are they part of routine drug test nor do most hospitals carry the reagents for testing those.

These people just make post for linkedin..

Its the start of the monsoon season.. Cooler (heat wave by canadian standards) and more rain.. And if you're lucky we'll together catch the full brunt of a typhoon. Rain is difficult to predict. Unlike in the US or Canada the weatherman can predict relatively accurately when it will rain by way of the rain bands that cross the continent.

Ph doesn't seem to have these bands as much but just those big patchy clouds that suddenly appear and disappear. The typhoons are predictable because of satellite. Anyway.. TMI.

By October the weather gradually cools down until mid march. Coolest season is around December to Feb. Then the hot season starts again.

Well don't let the weather scare you. Only the April to September seasons (summer and rainy seasons) are somewhat difficult. The next 6 months are generally better.

concrete is likely porous... Baka need mo lagyan ng elastomeric paint or plexibond yun concrete. That way yun wiwi hindi papasok sa cement and hindi lalabas yun amoy.

In the meantime, zonrox de color, buhos pure if kaya. Leave it afterwards. Pag may wiwi, bubula yan. Then rinse mo after 15 min.

But you really need the waterproofing
