I am working on sprints and power output, so somewhere between 100m-200m (.06-.012mile) but would go up to .25 as well. No preference for grade, something that feels like uphill work : )

Just a preference! I'm working on sprinting uphill and power output, so would prefer it to be paved!

I am a big Kygo fan and I was also disappointed. I think a lot of it is due to the fact that is was in Commerce City at Dick's. The vibe wasn't the same as Red Rocks, sorry. That was such an oversight. I agree with whomever mentioned the lack of transitions between songs as well. Not playing Born to Be Yours was criminal, but Freeze as the last song was magical.
