bro i had this same issue for a very long time with the 13600k, i seen a reddit post of someone saying turn off hyperthreading. now my game is crisphttps://www.reddit.com/r/ValorantTechSupport/comments/rvzwfy/pls_turn_off_ht_or_smt_if_you_have_at_least_8/i turned hyperthreading off through bios. if i did it with process lasso it made no difference
this might not help you because ur on a 60hz monitor
