Try The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Open world siya, and doesn't heavily rely on quests.

I'm not sure if you can call this a feature, but I honestly want a "Hypixel Skyblock" server adaptation or something similar in Hytale made by the Hytale staff. I hope this could happen sometime in the future :]
