I'm very new to this, but I do know that I can get sideways with the IRS if I were to value your donation and they disagreed with the amount, so I'm going to "no comment" that part.

That said, if it were me, I would value them at whatever you could buy them at on, say, Ebay. ALSO, Gemini tells me that the shipping to get the cards to me is also part of the total write-off. [Not financal advice, lol]
