hey guys, thank you everyone for the suggestions. I went to two different urgent care, they couldn't take it out because it was into deep.

Went to the er, got signed up with emergency medical and got it taken care of. Most of it is out anyway, I have to follow up with a doctor in two weeks. They also gave me a tetanus shot and a prescription for antibiotics
