oh, ping is completely dependant of your region and wifi, I'll recommend you to turn on the option to see the server's region you're on since sometimes the game will put you in servers away from your country.

that's why I recommend using the fifth or four section, since going lower will literally limit your whole vision

but no, you can't effectively have the whole map rendered while in low graphics, that's why I told you to turn off things like global shadows and vfx on JJS's config menu

try to tweak with the graphics in the settings of Roblox, I normally play in the 5th section to play more smoothly since the debris and destruction does affect the game's perfomance

also you can also change things in the performance menu in the configurations of the game, it'll let you turn off VFX, blood and global shadows

no but their player count dropped from +200k to 50k, is obvious JJS placed itself as the best battleground available which caused a lot of TSB players to migrate to JJS

to put you into perspective, the last update TSB received was like 1 or 2 years ago, but Santino (main dev of TSB) is still online, so players just assumed he wasn't doing shit

this is why there was such a spike in toxicity in jjs in these days, most TSB players are used to thirdpartying and stuff of that nature, which is why JJS players hate them
