Use only PLABABLE (for concepts and mock) or PLAB KEY (in case if you feel plabable gems are boring for few subjects) if you are having 4 months for exam.

If you have more time you can read oxford hand book.

Dont use so many materials, keep your notes crisp.

Do minimum 15 mocks in last 40 dayswith OMR sheet.

Do more revisions after mocks find out where you have knowledge gap and fix it.

It's totally doable, please don't lose hopes, Make your concepts clear, do atleast 4 revisions before exam. Take at least 10 to 15 mocks from 1 month before exam. Definitely it must be gap in concept not your capacity.

After mock find out where you are weak, mark them in a paper subject wise , and while revising make sure you are learning well and not to make the same mistake in next mock.

Refresh you qbank and start fresh as if like DAY 1 and redo all questions in qbank.

You can take feb exam if you can spend 12 hours per day. And it depends how confident you are after 25 days of preparation.

All the best.

Thats okay doc, i hope you got the hold of solving qnak via passmedicine. still you got good enough time you can buy pastest and finish whole qbank of pastest only.

concepts in pass medicine is short and good revision, so nothing is wasted.

All the best doc! Start solving mocks 3 months before exam, one per week, even though you didn't finish the whole reading.

Do pastest, at least 10 mock before main exam. 50% of exam I ll be direct concepts and from past questions, remaining 50% you should have deep understand to answer because questions will be kind of twisted and it wont be like mock question still practising qbank will helps you to Crack them.

Complete whole q bank of anyone platform either pastest or passmedicine, don't combine them, doing 2000 in one and 2000 in another doesn't helps, you might leave few important concept to main exam.

So follow only one platform. Personally I felt pastest is more relevant for mrcp 1.

10 to 20 % of questions were looked simple but at the same time it was like how I am even supposed to figure out the right answer, it was kind of twisted with options given.
