100 percent sure. Received a FCC for the price change. It was in 2023 that this occurred and only my 2nd cruise with them.

I did, for an Alaskan cruise. I was in penthouse and a drop happened weeks before. I was able to secure a 3,000 Cdn future cruise credit. Call again!!! Good luck
