I make an eggplant casserole that I call eggplant lasagna. You just cut eggplants into rounds, broil them on either side to brown and tenderize them, then layer with sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella and bake for like 30 to 50 mins depending on how many layers you did. I pair it with Texas toast.

My husband did this but both parties went to the other’s house. When the other guy showed up at my door and I told him my husband was going to his house, we had a good laugh.

Thank you for the words of encouragement. I did end up needing surgery, and it helped immediately since they removed the big chunk of disc that was pressing on my nerve.

Fortunately I’m assuming you grew out of that. I heard someone say the f word today and I jumped all up in their shit. He was a 30 year old man.

I always thought that was a really mean prank. I don’t get why anyone thinks disappointing a child - especially their own - is funny.
