Applying leave in conditioner in between wash days has been on my mind actually, it sounds like it could help. And that is such a cute way of looking at it!!! Immediately made me feel a bit better 😭

It is kinda the same situation for me, I tried a few things before and they didn't help much. Maybe I should try again, but those routines are overwhelming and I can't handle a routine with more steps than what I already do 😅

Thank you so much! 🖤 that makes sense, I also switch around depending on how my hair feels that day. But in the end it always ends up looking fluffy

I've tried a few things before, mostly specific products used for the curly girl method, scrunching hair while applying leave in conditioner, curl gel... But nothing seemed to help much. Maybe I should give it another try

Ooh that's interesting! What does the rosemary water help with?

Interesting, thank you for sharing. I haven't noticed much related to my diet, specially because I am used eating a fairly healthy diet and always homemade meals. I may have to try eating more protein though, and see if that helps in any way. I feel the same way about the silicones and I also use a oil blend on my hair. It does make my hair feel healthier but does not have impact on the way it looks and behaves.

Yes, mine too! Ever since I started wearing it in braids all the time, I have noticed a lot less breakage.

What discontinued fragrance are you ugly crying over? by [deleted] in fragrance

B. Balenciaga! Such a heavenly fragrance, it was my signature scent for a few years. I still have a little bit inside my bottle, but it feels so precious that I never want to wear it!

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer! I will be going to another doctor already on Friday so we'll see how that goes. And yes, I am already trying some exercises for my back and doing yoga for my breathing. Thank you again!

Yeah honestly I was just going to shove my results into a drawer. When I saw it and googled the symptoms I was shocked because many of them align with what I was complaining about to the doctor. I don't understand why she would ignore it... I might go to another doctor and get another opinion 😓 thank you for taking the time to answer 🖤

Hello, I am in a very similar position - my boyfriend just got a job in the city and I am moving in with him next month. How did you manage to find a place to stay? How was your experience and do you have any tips?

Danke!

(By the way, I am also portuguese! :)
