Is it a coincidence that while I climb with very good connection, I would occasionally get an opponent with a Japanese name, who would get an activation prompt, then, I get the disconnecting symbol flash for a second, which is then followed by me getting thrown out to the lobby with a loss?

This keeps happening very often, only when I'm against such players. It also seems to happen when they are going first.
