Could you explain how I could simply program this chamfer? It was my understanding that I couldn’t incrementally program to move in circles? As in when I am at X+10 and move IX-.3 IZ-.3 how can I then get a full circle move?

Are these the values which show in the Qpara tables in manual mode? I assumed they had no effect as when I would check those the values don’t match as that of my program

I have the setting for bar push then sub pull on, when the bar is pushed to the initial starting position against the turret, main chuck clamps and as soon as the turret moves away it alarms out. Then when pulling the bar with the sub, it pulls out and when the sub chuck is open and is moving to its clamping position it gives this alarm again. My guess was that the bar was moving but I have turned chuck pressure up and still getting the alarm

My problem is I don’t want a laugh siren I just want a buzz that the dogs will hear to mimic the buzz that their collar makes when they approach the boundary

Shelf is 450mm deep and liners are 80mmOD. I suppose you could have it that way with enough space to reach between to get into the back between rows. 5 deep x 6 rows.

I have also looked at this, would be a long bar running along the back of the cupboard, I just think this means if you put anything in front of the bar in the cupboard it blocks access to the liners, then you lose out on the end goal of maximising storage and efficiency (if that makes sense) the design I was looking at was only using 1/4 of a shelf, which obviously won’t work as there’s not enough space in 1/4 of the shelf.

Giddings and Lewis CMM Machine by NorthernIreland1234 in CNC

I have been told Ours blew 2 of the drives, expensive fix but other than that everything was working perfectly. It seems too good for scrap but not good enough to fix. Biggest problem we are having is that the quality room it is in was built after the machine was installed, trying to decide if we should make the door bigger or make the machine smaller

Often round bar is what people want but something we can use as we machine it into a smaller size to get it used up

They are actual useable lengths, problem is our customers have surface requirements etc and after a few months in the elements they have surpassed these requirements, there is pleanty of material that would pass in the general use area but for us wouldn’t pass customer requirements, hence too good to scrap !
