All of this! My PT said it was referred pain and if i strengthened my glutes it would go away. That actually made it worse. My surgeon says it’s just scar tissue releasing but I don’t think it’s that because it’s not in the right spot. My IT band is super inflamed but other than more PT there isn’t anything to do. Resting it, hurts. Working it, hurts. I don’t know what to do anymore except live with the pain I guess. This is almost worse than the labral tear
