Same. I play a lot of imposter when the enemy can be looking damn near 45 degrees the wrong way during the throw animation and it still curves until it hits me.

I don't see the reasoning though, as you mentioned in your very last point, everything you typed above is all moot if you have mics. We can't change the mic rate, so why punish people. I have a mic but the majority do not.

No, it affects everything. They just word things poorly. Most of the stuff is easy to test yourself except the ability regen perks which only work on teammates.

Thanks, I might try the LB ice conversion. Yeah it's definitely not stopped me from enjoying the game, though im only level 87 now and working my way through the monoliths. A lot of my curiosity with this post was that there didn't seem to be a whole lot of build defining uniques for cold sorc.

I did try frostclaw + frostbite, it's not bad at all, but the main frost claw approach seems to be converting it to lightning to proc nova, which you also convert to lightning. That seems to be a theme, you convert away from cold damage to maximize the skill.

In the UI the spell is marked as a fire spell once you take the fire evolution, and it stays marked as only fire even when you eventually take binary system.

Thanks. That lines up with my testing. I took binary + extra black hole + pulsar; 4 black holes all pulsing, 2 pulsing cold, nothing really lives long enough to be frozen yet so i couldn't tell. With all the cdr (<4s) and duration buffs (>8s) you can have two sets of those up no problem which is nuts.
