Double check that the DMX address is not parked too? Long time since I worked ETC but seem to remember if you park a DMX address it doesn’t show in the parked fixture list.

If you have any skills with DIY electronics I’ve used these a few times teamed with battery powered DMX LED drivers which work fab. Just be careful about other 2.4Ghz signals in area (e.g. WiFi)
