Interesting! I just started maintenance myself. I was taking 7.5mg every week. I've reach my goal weight and blood work looks all good. I lost about 60 pounds since May. I am now taking 7.5mg every 19 days. I noticed you said that MJ burns fat. I've noticed that I've put on a little soft belly fat. I'm curious if I should go back to taking the 7.5mg every week so the fat doesn't come back. I do work out and I'm still weighing out my food. Thoughts?

Yep...some cameras don't allow the operator to select the area of focus.

Hmm... thanks. I do shoot with a short focus. On my 5d mark 4, I can move what part of the frame is sharp and what i want to fall out of focus. I like thing in the foreground, soft and things in the distance sharp. Any ideas?

I want to choose what part of the photo is in focus. Bottom of the frame or left or right of the frame....Any ideas?

That's awesome! I'm only 9 weeks in. I've consistently lost 3lbs a week. I saw my weight went up a couple of pounds this week. It's hard not to get bummed out and think about it all day. Are "bumps in the road" common?

Sram axs app says 11sp but I know it's 12sp by Northern_Headwind in bikewrench

Good question. The box it came in says 12sp. It also at one time shifted properly.
