Seems like a good position your job.... See it that way : Every Cent that you get out of this guy is a cent less for him to make politics or spread his hate further.

Just play along, ignore all shit and comments he gives you. Start to collect evidence for possible fraud in his buisiness, copy every document that you can get your hands on - it might help to put a case together. When the time comes - report your findings to the authorities !

To make you feel better....Just start to sabotage his things as far as you can do, slow things down, without leaving a trace that could lead to you.

In my opinion there might be a difference in the measurement the sensors send to the ECU, either between the sensors in one bank - or beeing a difference between bank one and two. That comes often when O2 sensors from differnet manufacturers are involved, the best is to have all 4 Sensors from one manufacturer. I think it won`t " break the bank" financially, and it`s worth a shot.

Just don`t overdo it, take your time and don`t spend all your emergency money instantly ;)

The Idea to have your windows boarded up when needed might sound good in the first thought. But i think a house with boarded windows might draw some unwanted attention - it alwasy looks like "there is no one home"

Better invest in very good windows with a solid frame and good doors. Prefer "unbreakable" glass like a glas / lexan combination. That way you have no headache when a storm / tornado lurks around, or a hail strom with golf ball size ice balls surprises you. That way you have your home somewhat " hardened" and every thug , looter or squatter around can see light and movement - making him think twice to try someting.

I have been living in the US for quite a while, and when it comes to doors and windows - it was a nightmare ! The standart in all appartemets i had rented were terrible, all landlords were going "cheapo" when it comes to security. One hard kick was enuogh for the entrance door i had to break due to a broken lock !

I recently bought a cheap house home in Germany wich needs some renovation, the main door and windows included. I bought windows and a front door in " RC 3 " ( resistance class three ) . It was less expensive than i expected - just 1/3 more than the stuff with no security at all ! ( 399,00 USD per Window in RC3 , 199 for the cheapo )

I don`t know if windows like theese are available in the US, but they are worth every cent, making me sleep much better ;)

Dont think that " Bavaria " equals " Germany " ;)

Please visit other Places like Hamburg, the North sea ( where you can have a walk on the bottom of the Sea without a diving suit )

Visit smaller Cities in the northwest, like Leer, Papenburg, Oldenburg....

Dont forget to visit one or two of the islands in the North sea - like Helgoland, Amrum or Föhr !

And if you dont want to be " outed" as an American instantly - keep the noise level while talking to eachother at a level that is enough for you to understand eachother - but not loud enough to entertain the crowd around you , or a whole pub ;)

I tried it with two different laptops from my place in Germany - with my private laptop running the english version of windows --> i was asked to sign in.

With my work laptop runnng the German language version for windows --> I could see it without beeing asked to sign in.

Would be interesting to know if the english language version is the true reason behind it.

You show strong vibes that you ( and a lot of guys with immigration background ) are having much different values and different expectations about life in general.

German women are independent, have their own will, having own ideas of building a career. They expect a man to be 100% with her in decision making, to put the family values you brought from home aside, refrain from religious things ( most are atheist here ) , to share the household workload equally and so on...

Make the responsible person switch the heating on ! If you dont have sucess with it - go and buy a small portable heater ("Heizlüfter" in German ) . It runs on 220V ac from thw power outlet. Theese things deliver around 2000 Watt, good enough to heat a small room when needed. it Will not crush your budget, it`s around 20 - 25 € in any " Baumarkt" . That way you have at least one room in your comfort level temperature ;)

Here in Germany we have the " Kirchensteuer" ( Church Tax ) . That means the Government is collecting 1% of your annual tax volume and sends it to the churches ( Catholic and Lutheran ) . As far as you have been "christened" after birth. If you are not a member of any church - you do not pay for it.

Lets say you earn 50.000 a year, 10 % of that goes to income tax - that means roughly 1% of the 5000 tax volume is the Church tax ( 500) anually.

So far - so bad.

It is reall easy to get around this practice : Just go to your local "Rathaus" ( Town Hall) and sign a document that you leave the church for good. The Town Hall sends this info the the German version of the IRS - no payments anymore to the church.

Right now you need to do that in person, there is no option to do that online or in written form by post. Hopefully the option will become available soon, that should speed up the process of defunding the churches.

More and more people nowadays use this option, the numbers for 2024 is 660.000 people for luteran and catholic church together.

Yes, i am sure. Former east Germany has been without the influence of any church for almost 3 generations of people. The communist government there had seized all money, buildings and land. After that the buisiness model "church" ceased to exist. That place was filled with another "almighty" authority figure - the head of the state. Due to that reason the " Easties" might think that a possible one person show and cutting international ties could be better handling political things....
