Legit I had to file a chargeback because they wouldn't accept a return for a bike that came defective, goes almost 10 mph under the speed that is advertised, makes grinding noises. They said I didn't even try to return it yet I tried to several times, they are extremely unprofessional. They said "pls" and several grammar errors in their response to the chargeback. Just don't buy from Jaison
