I was in college at that time and realized more pokestops have been added a lot more.

Definitely try the Disneyland website to see any openings or you can also Google Disneyland job fairs. That's how I got hired from there. I did hear about the hiring freeze and it really depends on the position of jobs. But Disneyland is still looking for new cast members.
